Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Key West Hosts “Oddtoberfest” Event to Benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Keys

$5 Ripley’s admission with all proceeds going to the Boys & Girls Clubs

KEY WEST, Fla. (Sept. 16, 2015) – Ripley’s Believe It or ripleys Not! Key West is inviting the public to its Oddtoberfest on Friday, October 9. The event, co-sponsored by Ripley’s and the Sunset Social Drinking Club, is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Keys.

Entry is just $5 and includes:

  • Access to Ripley’s Key West Odditorium, home to more than 500 exhibits
  • Sword swallowing performances by Key West’s own D.W. Blademaster
  • Food donated by Hard Rock Café, NY Pasta Garden and Fury Water Sports
  • Drinks from Shots and Giggles, Island Dogs and The Waterfront Brewery (one complimentary drink per person)

Other activities will be available in return for an additional cash donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs, including:

  • Photo booth
  • Wax Hands
  • Raffles
  • PopcornBook sales

The event will run from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm. No advance tickets are necessary, just a $5 donation at the door. All proceeds will go to the Boys & Girls Clubs.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Keys provide after school care and summer care and a safe place for kids to learn and grow.
