Club gets Chromebooks

Thank You Klaus Murphy Foundation.

The Southernmost Boys & Girls Club has purchased 30 Google Chromebooks for its children’s program in Key West. Purchase of the smart tablets was made possible by a grant from the Klaus Murphy Foundation. Executive director Dan Dombroski said the child care agency will use the Chromebooks for one of its summer programs, the Summer Brain Gains. Summer Brain Gains is designed to help students retain and improve their academic and cognitive skills over the summer months when school is not in session.
